Since 2010, Elastick has been led by founders Matt Doane and Caleb Germany, bringing decades of experience across creative disciplines and industries. Staying small has always been intentional. It keeps us hands-on, protects quality, and allows us to build long-term relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and good work.
